Simon Latchford

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The CEO is responsible for the strategic, financial and operational management of the organisation and is directly responsible to the Chairman and Board of Directors. Simon plays a key strategic role driving key organisational strategies to support the development of a strong regional brand quantifiable by an increase in visitation and visitor spend for Sunshine Coast tourism operators. Simon is also responsible for the acquisition and management of strategic partnerships.

Gillian Toner

SENIOR ADMINISTRATION MANAGER & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Gillian performs the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Secretariat to the Board of Directors, the Audit & Risk Committee and the Digital Committee. Gillian also manages the overall administrative side of the business including travel, IT, telephones, systems, contracts and agreements, recruitment and selection, HR records, document storage, OH&S and company vehicles.

Pauline Coles

DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SERVICES
Pauline is responsible for the financial activity of the organisation, including appropriate governance including audit and risk. Pauline also manages the accounts and payroll functions of the business.

Katrina Logan

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Katrina joined the organisation in 2016 with extensive accounts experience and is the first point of contact for all accounts enquiries.  Along with assisting the Director of Corporate Services, she coordinates all accounts payable and receivable functions including invoicing, balance sheet & credit card reconciliations, payment runs, banking and monthly financial reports.

Jennifer Molloy

PROJECT OFFICER
The role of Project Officer provides overall internal project support and targeted operational assistance across all business units within Visit Sunshine Coast. Operationally, this role is a key support mechanism for the CEO and VSC Management Team, attending industry forums, tours and events, and liaising with external clients, including VSC members and community groups, local and state government and major stakeholders and partners.

Kylee Daniel

HEAD OF MARKETING
Kylee has a key leadership role within the organisation, supporting the CEO in driving key marketing strategies and fostering key partnerships in order to grow visitation and increase destination awareness. As Head of Marketing, Kylee leads and oversees all areas of domestic and NZ marketing including, leisure, brand, digital, as well as regional consumer and business events, to deliver successful results for the organisation and the Sunshine Coast region. Kylee also plays a key role in stakeholder and partner relationship management.

Fran CampagnaFran Campagna

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Fran directly assists the Head of Marketing in developing and executing marketing initiatives in accordance with the strategic direction of the organisation. Fran is also the main point of contact for cooperative campaign participation.

Brett Ross

DIGITAL DESIGN SPECIALIST
Brett provides an in-house graphic design service for the organisation. Brett develops and edits images for use in print and media, produces high quality documents, designs advertisements and manages the image library. He also supports the wider VSC team with video and still production to create content for VSC’s digital channels.

Catherine Milne

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Catherine is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing for the organisation including all social media activity. With a key focus on the success of the organisations website, including content and design. Catherine provides advice to senior management and the digital committee on the organisation’s digital advances.

Anika McMahon

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
Anika joined Visit Sunshine Coast in August 2017 bringing with her a passion for travel, social media and writing. Anika is responsible creating innovative content for social media platforms and blogs and scheduling all social media activity as well as monitoring and driving traffic for social media related campaigns.

Mandalay Stuart

EVENTS MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Mandalay joined the organisation in September 2017 with strong PR, marketing and content creation experience.  Mandalay is responsible for leveraging event partnership opportunities, day-to-day management and marketing of the region’s major events and VSC member events, as well as event stakeholder relationship management.

Louise Brooks

MARKETING AND PR CONSULTANT (NEW ZEALAND)
Louise Brooks is based in Auckland New Zealand, and responsible for all New Zealand trade and marketing activity for Visit Sunshine Coast.

Tiffany Bower

BUSINESS EVENTS MANAGER
Tiffany is responsible for engaging the industry in market development initiatives to grow the Sunshine Coast’s share of the business events market sector, facilitate new product development and marketing opportunities and provide advocacy on behalf of the region’s business events industry.

Michelle Burgum

BUSINESS EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Michelle provides a support role for the Business Events department to promote the Sunshine Coast as a viable and attractive destination for business events. Michelle also manages all leads, research compilation and administrative tasks.

Andrew Fairbairn

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Andrew is passionate about the tourism industry on the Sunshine Coast! He heads up the industry engagement (membership), destination development and Visitor Information Centre (VIC) departments of the organization. The role also manages all commercial partnerships and sub regional relationships.

Sam Cochrane

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES SPECIALIST
Sam joined Visit Sunshine Coast in June 2017. He comes to us with extensive experience working within the hospitality and tourism industry and is passionate about the Sunshine Coast region. As Membership Services Specialist Sam is responsible for the acquisition and relationship management of our members in line with our membership engagement strategy.

Anna Norelius

DESTINATION SUPPORT OFFICER
Anna manages all aspects of VSC's membership program in acquiring, retaining and supporting our members. The role also provides a reception function for the organisation.

Bev Dooley

VIC COORDINATOR - SOUTH
Bev is responsible for the Caloundra Road, Bulcock Street, Glass House Mountains and Montville Visitor Information Centres. This includes managing over 300 volunteers, rostering, systems and processes.

VIC COORDINATOR – NORTH
Anke is responsible for the Coolum, Sunshine Coast Airport, Maroochydore and Mooloolaba Visitor Information Centres. This includes managing over 300 volunteers, rostering, systems and processes.

Liz Tuckett

PR & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Liz drives all PR, media and communications activity for the organisation. As part of the role, Liz is the main contact within the organisation for all media enquiries. Liz also manages a number of in-region media famils and provides advice to senior management on all PR and media activities.

Peter Hook

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT (SYDNEY)
Peter Hook provides representation for the organisation in Sydney and also plays a key support role for all PR, media and communications activity of the organisation. Peter is employed as a contractor on an ongoing basis.

Rachel Meyer

DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL MARKETING (based in Singapore)
Rachel Meyer heads up the international and domestic trade team at VSC and is responsible for the implementation of VSC’s strategic trade marketing plan. Rachel is the key contact for our global distribution partners and industry stakeholders.

Azra Hadzic

INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC TRADE EXECUTIVE
Azra Hadzic is based at VSC head office and plays a pivotal role supporting the international team, whilst providing daily support to our valued members and locally based inbound distribution partners. Azra is the main contact for all general trade enquiries.

Stephanie Siebert

MARKETING CONSULTANT (EUROPE)
Stephanie Siebert is the European Representative for VSC based in Germany. Stephanie’s main focus is to provide daily support for our key trade partners and activate marketing in our primary source regions of UK/Europe.

Tourism and Events Queensland Liaison

Lynne Banford

DIRECTOR, SUNSHINE COAST
Lynne works for Tourism & Events Queensland (TEQ) and is located in the VSC office.  Lynne provides a conduit to TEQ for the organisation and also provides input and advice to management on the strategic and operational direction of the organisation. Lynne is a Board Member on the Sunshine Coast Major Events Board.
