The Cooking School Noosa

Located on the beautiful Noosa River and overlooking the Noosa Sound Park, The Cooking School Noosa is brought to you by the team behind the multi award winning Wasabi Restaurant and Bar. Offering exclusive classes with chefs both from the restaurant as well as guest chefs from around the country. Classes are suitable for everyone, home cooks to qualified chefs and those who are rarely found in the kitchen but are keen to learn more. With talented chefs, highly skilled in a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques, the school will not limit itself to Contemporary Japanese classes but will also cover a regional food, classic French and modern South East Asian cuisines. These will run over five and a half hours. Mini masterclasses, running for up to three hours are also available, as well as full day farm to table experiences. Shorter workshops are run on topics including artisan bread making, tea blending, preserving and pickling and other speciality techniques.

Amytis Gardens Cooking School, Kiels Mountain

Specialising in Asian cuisine, Amytis Garden Cooking School offers three in-depth cooking classes taken by Head Chef Matthew Conroy. Classes go for four hours and numbers are limited to eight per class. All levels of experience are welcome, from beginners to advance. The aim of the game is to create delicious food, learn new skills and have fun!
