Sample the amazing local produce of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Taking you behind the scenes of private farms to meet local producers and hear their stories. Taste some of the amazing fresh produce used in restaurants and venues across the Sunshine Coast. Visiting a local coffee roaster, two local farms, with the final stop at Brouhaha Brewery for a four-course lunch featuring local produce from the farms matched with fresh beer brewed on site.

Brouhaha Brewery uses a range of local suppliers and send their spent grains from the brewing process to a local Wagyu farm to feed the cattle, which in turn they buy back and use nose to tail in the brewery kitchen. On our return leg we will take the scenic Mountain View Rd and stop in at Mary Cairncross reserve to take in the breath-taking views of the Glass House Mountains
