People, Plates & Places is The Restaurant Without Walls. Our guests come to where the fresh, seasonal produce is grown locally – in the paddock. We meet the makers, hear their stories and showcase their produce.
We honour the growers and share their passion. We go out to open spaces to hear the silence and enjoy nature’s surroundings.

Take your seat at the long table for comfy and classic dining – six courses with paired wines or featured craft brewed beers and ciders. Savour the unique menu created for each event. Meet new people and make new friends.

All our Curated Plate events will feature highly nutritious leafy greens, herbs and Black Angus beef produced on the farm, prepared by our Quintessential Chef (QC), as well as craft beers from the on-farm micro-brewery.
