Day 1 – Sunshine Coast Hinterland 

Embark on a self-drive adventure through the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Visit the charming hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville, home to Australia’s first coffee-roasters guild and artisan coffee roasters. Explore the unique galleries, shops and elegant cafes. Taste regional delicacies before touring the award-winning Maleny Dairies and Maleny Cheese, paired with the perfect drop of red or white from Flame Hill Vineyard. If you’re feeling inspired by the great food in the area, grab an apron and become a cuisine master at one of the region’s many award-winning cooking schools. 

Day 2 – Brewery Tour and Mooloolaba 

Discover the connection between brewers and local producers of the Sunshine Coast on a personalised brewery and craft beer tour. Learn how beer is made, meet the brewers and visit the award-winning local breweries. Choose from a Hinterland, Coastal Hop or Noosa Brewery Trail. And while you may come to taste the delicious brews, make sure you stay for the vibrant food culture that dominates the region’s cafes and breweries, where seasonal fare and investment into local producers and growers is championed. 

Arrive at the Sunshine Coast’s lively beach neighbourhood of Mooloolaba. Take time out at Mooloolaba Wharf to enjoy fresh local seafood including Mooloolaba prawns, spanner crabs and swordfish on the beach, or dine at one of the many restaurants on Mooloolaba Esplanade overlooking the glistening Pacific Ocean. 

Day 3 – Eumundi Markets, Ginger Factory and Noosa Heads  

Explore the Eumundi Markets, held every Wednesday and Saturday from 6.30am to 1.30pm. Chat to the farmers and bakers selling fresh produce and gourmet delights and relish in the flavours of international food stalls. 

Visit the Ginger Factory and go behind the scenes to learn how ginger is grown, harvested and transformed into a delicious range of ginger products on the Ginger Factory Tour. Watch honeybees as they industriously go about their business of making honey, before tasting some delicious samples in the honey shop. 

Finish your day at Noosa Heads where stunning vistas about from contemporary beachfront eateries dotted along cosmopolitan Hastings Street to share plates and sundowners along Noosa River. 

Day 4 – Mary Valley 

Embark on a Mary Valley Scenic drive - experience a ride on the historic Mary Valley Rattler - to take in the patchwork landscape of pineapple plantations, grazing cattle, macadamia farms, rainforests and endless rolling hills. Experience the gastronomic delights of this region’s local produce at Kenilworth Country Foods. This outlet boasts a mouth-watering range of award-winning cheeses. Make sure you leave room for dessert, the Bavarian chocolate mousse and passionfruit panna cotta will definitely hit the sweet spot.
