Easter Twilight Markets

Ocean Street World Festival

On Easter Sunday (1 April), Maroochydore will be transformed into a celebration of diversity at the Ocean Street World Festival. This free event  features stellar line-up of performers from Bolivia to Budapest and Jamaica to Japan. Samba will rub shoulders with Bollywood, and djembe players will jostle with belly dancers as Ocean Street becomes a melting pot of customs, colours and flavours.

Climbing After Dark – Sunshine Coast Recreational Centre

Experience the thrill of a 10 metre high rock climb! With pumping music, disco lighting and all the equipment you need  provided with entry, head to the Sunshine Coast Recreational Centre for a night of adventurous fun.

  • 21 April: Hip hop lovers get ready the Thundamentals is hitting Noosaville with their ‘Decade of the Thundakat’ tour so don’t miss out!

  • 7 – 8 April: The Australian Body Art Festival in Cooroy showcases how your body can be a canvas! Attracting great crowds, you’ll get to watch as artists transform human bodies into works of art.
  • 19 – 22 April: The Sunshine Coast Ukulele Festival is an interactive festival experience, with four days of singing, dancing and drumming. There’s workshops to get involved in and entertainment for you to sink your teeth into.
  • 20 – 22 April: Get ready to explore the outdoors! The South Queensland Caravan, Camping, Boating and Fishing Expo is the perfect place to start by ensuring you have all the appropriate gear and information to start your adventuring.
  • 21 April: The Noosa Vegan Festival is perfect for those who want to learn a little more about veganism or want to surround themselves with likeminded people.
  • 27 April: Keshava Yoga is inviting you to their Rest and Relax Yoga and Meditation Wellness Retreat. At the BIG House in the Noosa Hinterland, immerse yourself in a weekend of deep peace and relaxation.

Sunshine Coast Adventure 2018

Find The Treasure has launched their app to encourage people to explore their natural surroundings! The Find The Treasure Adventure app will take you to explore 10 outdoor locations on the Sunshine Coast with creative quests and challenges. The best part? You’ll get awesome prizes for participating! From 21 April this app will be your newest Sunshine Coast adventure buddy.

Tiny Tots at Aussie World

On the first Tuesday of every month, Aussie World are inviting all mums, dads and grandparents to bring their little ones in to Aussie World for their first theme park experience! With a bunch of toddler friendly rides on offer that change each month, it’s a great way to introduce the kids to all the fun that can be had at theme parks.
