The Shaw and Partners Hells Gates 38 is an ocean ski race for competitive and experienced paddlers. Starting at the eastern end of Mooloolaba Spit the course tracks directly to Noosa Heads National Park (finishing on Noosa Main Beach), a distance of 38km. The course passes Hells Gates, one of the best-known landmarks of the Noosa National Park.
