6 new places to stay on the Sunshine Coast

Aria Breeze Mooloolaba

Breeze occupies a prime position on The Esplanade, overlooking Mooloolaba’s north facing beach and offering some of the safest and best swimming conditions on the Sunshine Coast. Developed by the Aria Property Group, the building incorporates 57 luxury apartments over 10 levels with pool, spa and recreational area. The unique architecture by Tony Owen Partners is like a fluid sculpture, a design concept with sinuous curves reminiscent of coastal beaches and wide estuaries. The alternating waves that form the balconies maximise natural light and expansive views.
