Our Quintessential Cook Sean Heyward (‘QC’) has crafted another unique menu for your next special dining experience in our Restaurant Without Walls. Come and experience the sinking sun giving way to the rising moon and our clear, star-lit evenings. Hear nature’s silence away from the clutter of daily life, engulfed in 22 acres of picturesque privacy in Montville. Hear from our guest farmer, Scott Robinson, who will talk about food forests and how growing your own food provides healthy, nutritious food and can save you $2000 per year. Check out Traveston Park’s new straw bale vegetable patch. We showcase fresh ingredients while honouring our farmers for their trustworthy produce and share their belief in sustainable practices. All five courses are prepared in the paddock and served at our long table settings with carefully selected quality wines. For those who also enjoy a quenching ale we are featuring non-alcoholic craft beer from a psychologist who turned his hand to brewing. At our special once-a-year Eating Out event you will appreciate how much good food and good wine give rise to even greater conversations.
