Kanimbia Luxury Glamping is a luxurious couples-only retreat nestled on the edge of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Hidden away on 50 acres in the green Obi Obi Valley Kanimbia has 4 Safari tents each designed with an emphasis on privacy, nature and relaxation. With claw foot baths, cosy internal wood burners, ensuites and kitchenettes our safari tents have a touch of Africa about them and are furnished with toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, luxury linens and plush furnishings. Each safari tent has it's own undercover deck with gas BBQ's. The smaller luxurious nomadic tents are now also available and suit those who prefer a slightly more outdoor adventure, each with their own private fire pit to sit and watch the glowing sunsets across the Obi Valley turn into a starry night sky. Kanimbia is the perfect place for a romantic adults only getaway, far from the chaos of the modern world. On the property: dip in the freshwater creek, pat the horses or hire a bike and explore the surrounding country lanes. National Park hike, waterfalls are a short drive away. The town of Kenilworth is15 minutes away - try the popular Kenilworth Dairies, Country Bakery (with the 1 kg Donut Challenge) or Kenilworth Pub. The Hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville are 30 minutes, whilst Sunshine Coast beaches are only 35 minutes away.
