You're Not Special is a dark comedy about love, technology, and the quietly terrifying ways the world is changing around us. When Dan meets a mysterious stranger, things start to spiral. His girlfriend Ellie is drowning in pressure at work, and student teacher April has a key to their apartment... As reality begins to blur, the lines between connection and control, truth and fiction, become harder to see. Written by Australian playwright Sam O'Sullivan, this bold new work is funny, unsettling, and painfully relevant. It asks big questions about who we are in a world that's always online and what we might be losing along the way. But most of all, it's about you. You're Not Special is presented by Staged Theatre, and performed by an ensemble cast featuring Tyraeli Langley, Riley Scott, and Caitie Elliott, who also co-direct the production.
