But first, coffee.

Coffee roasteries are popping up all over the coast, and some of our favourite cafes have more types of milk than fingers on your hand. If you are northside, be sure to check out The Caf Coolum or The Island in Mudjimba. Head inland to have a delightful cup of tea at the stunning Orangery Maleny, or a must-visit is the Burrum Coffee ShackLawn Espresso serves a tasty drop that pairs perfectly with a freshly baked almond croissant from the local family artisan bakery 10 Acres. If you’re headed to Kawana and Caloundra make sure you get a cappuccino at Decisions or overlook the pristine Moffat beach from the Pocket Espresso Bar.

Local produce, we’ve got it!

The Coast is abundant in rich produce, and we have the farmers markets to prove it! On a Wednesday or Sunday make sure you visit the renowned Eumundi markets, where conditions of the stall mean everyone there must grow it, sew it, bake it or make it! Kawana farmers markets and Fisherman’s road always have a tasty selection, and the new Sunday Streatside markets in Maroochydore are a wonderful way to finish the weekend.
