Parklands Mountain Bike Trails 

For those who like to experience nature on two wheels, the region hosts some great off road mountain bike trails. With a wide range of trails for all abilities and disciplines, choose your adventure by skill level and set off on a ride through the local forests with friends and family. For the more advanced rider, Parklands features winding single track, technical rocky features and high speed flow lines through the stunning Sunshine Coast tropical rainforest.  

Park Run

If you prefer to break a sweat on foot, consider getting involved with Parkrun! A 5km course on trail through the magnificent Parklands Regional Park at Radar Hill Road, you can join in every Saturday at 7am. Pack your water and post run snacks and bring your friends for an exhilarating adventure.  The course includes hills and creek crossings, so watch your step. Guaranteed to boost your heart rate and confidence as you immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. After an active morning, you will be ready to cool off. What better way to unwind than a dip at Wappa Falls. A short drive from the centre of Nambour, Wappa offers easy accessibility to stunning rainforest walks and of course the falls themselves. This is a great place to cool off and find some shade, or a warm rock to bask on. The kids are sure to love it too.
