One of the most famous markets in Australia, The Original Eumundi Markets, is truly a cultural experience. Every Wednesday and Saturday, this hinterland town comes alive with quirky stalls, delicious food carts bursting with global flavours, and entertaining street performers. The market, which is set under the shade of magnificent old fig trees, attracts 1.6 million visitors each year.

During the holiday season, you will find a number of twilight markets where you can enjoy the cool evening breeze, entertainment and a bite to eat as you shop.

Friday

Currimundi Lake Twilight Markets

A laid-back beachside market with 12 unique food stalls, offering a selection of street food, plus a designated entertainment area and a bar.

Nights on Ocean

Every second Friday, Nights on Ocean delivers up an eclectic mix of artisan stalls, live music, performers and street food to the entertainment hub of Ocean Street, Maroochydore.

Marcoola Market

Every Friday evening from 4pm-8pm, this outdoor food market is the perfect place to grab a bite and relax after a long week.

Havana Nights Markets (4th Friday)

The last Friday of the month head down to Peregian Springs and find a trendy showcase market with musicians, gourmet food and locally handmade vintage goods.

Kawana Waters Farmers' Markets

Find organic fruits and vegetables, gourmet condiments and exquisite fruity jams amongst some of the most beautifully hand crafted products you will find.

Pomona Country Markets (2nd and 4th Saturday)

Find home-grown produce, native and exotic plants as well as bric-a-brac, pre-loved clothes and second-hand books at this bi-monthly market.  TIP: Come on an empty stomach and enjoy a delicious barbecued sausage and onion sanger.

Yandina Markets

You’ll find all kinds of pre-loved goodies at Yandina markets as well as garden plants and fresh fruit and vegetables. The markets open at 7 am so get there early and snap up bargains.

The Caloundra Street Fair

Set under the beautiful canopy of the tree-lined main street surrounded by cafes, boutiques and specialty shops and only two blocks from beautiful Bulcock Beach, the Caloundra Street Fair is a ‘must-do’ Sunshine Coast market.

Caloundra Country Markets

The Caloundra Country Markets every Sunday from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m at Currimundi State High School. Come along and pick up your fruit and vegetables, home made cakes and jams. 

Cotton Tree Markets

Sunshine Coast Collective Markets isn’t just your average markets. It is a collective of over 100 local Sunshine Coast designers and makers. There is also live music from talented musicians, along with speciality coffee, sweet treats and amazing street food, plus there is something for everyone!
