Their Cellar Door is a small and cosy space for up to 25 guests. You can enjoy a tasting paddle or a glass of bubbles and learn about the cider-making process directly from the maker. Come and share their passion for Cider and see what they do. Their specialty is Mthode Traditionnelle Cider, better known as Champagne-style Cider. They are the only Cidery in Queensland applying the complete Champagne process to their Cider, and theyre very proud of the result. They process all their Cider on-site, from fermentation to bottling, labelling and packaging. Everything is hand-made using small, hand-operated equipment, including a French tirage line to finish their Champagne-style Cider.
