Bookings cancelled 14 days (28 days in Christmas Peak Season) or more before scheduled arrival will attract a cancellation fee of $50.00. If booking is cancelled within 14 days (28 days in Christmas Peak Season) of scheduled arrival and the apartment cannot be re-let for the same period of time then there will be no refund. If the apartment is re-let for the same period of time then a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.
