Follow the signs to the Glass House Mountains Lookout from Beerburrum or Glass House Mountains.

Glasshouse Plantation

Glasshouse Plantation is a working tropical orchard giving visitors an opportunity to learn about growing fruit and nuts and producing honey, directly from the farmers, Paul Ziebarth and Lisa Palu.  At the same time, visitors can connect with the plants, wildlife and Indigenous significance of the National Heritage Listed Glass House Mountains.

In our farm shop you will also discover locally grown and value-added pineapple, macadamia nuts, ginger, coffee and tea, and learn about the families who grow these wonderful products.  You can see hives of Australia’s tiny stingless bees at work, sample and take home their precious, exquisitely flavoured Sugarbag honey.

Our complimentary self-guided tour of around 20 different exotic and native food and timber trees will leave you inspired whether you have a large garden or just love your balcony plants.  And if you like our lush tropical gardens, you can take home our beautiful foliage plants to brighten your landscape and home.
