Sea Ayre Cottage offers relaxed coastal living in the heart of Tin Can Bay. The home features three comfortable bedrooms, all with ceiling fanstwo with queen beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms for added convenience: an ensuite with shower and toilet, plus a main bathroom also with shower and toilet. The air-conditioned lounge and living area provide a cool, inviting space to unwind, while the verandah captures refreshing sea breezes. Outside, enjoy the fully fenced yard, relax under the large mango tree in the shaded picnic area, or fire up the BBQ for an easy outdoor meal. There's space to park a boat, making it a great base for fishing and exploring the waterways (please note there is no undercover parking except for the shadesail). Centrally located, Sea Ayre Cottage is just minutes from dolphin feeding, bird-watching spots, and the marinaperfect for nature lovers and families alike. Please note: Pets are not permitted. The double lock-up garage is not available for guest use. Guests are required to bring their own linen, or linen hire is available for an additional fee. Pillows and blankets are provided.
