The Curated Plate culinary festival is making its comeback on the Sunshine Coast offering up a 2022-sized serving for locals and visitors this winter. From 29 July-7 August, local restaurants, farms, tourism and event operators will throw open their doors in offering the best of the Sunshine Coasts local food and beverage experiences across a ten-day period. The Curated Plate made its debut in 2019, showcasing local produce as curated by international, national and local chefs to foodie audiences from the coast to the hinterland. Following the events cancellation in 2020 and 2021 due to the impacts of the pandemic, the event is back - but not quite as we knew it before. The Curated (side) Plate a 2022-Sized Serving sets out to build from the ground up via a local industry-driven program, featuring the Sunshine Coasts vast array of producers, chefs, restaurants and cafes, tourism and event experiences, and farm-gate activities. We look forward to bringing locals and visitors an incredible program brimming with unique culinary experiences from across the Sunshine Coast, with locations, activities, menus and price points to suit everyone, and many hidden gems to surprise visitors and locals alike.
