A Champagne & Caviar High Tea - genuine and indulgent - set on the open-air SOLA deck with our private lagoon as your backdrop and a glass of G.H Mumm Champagne in hand from the moment you arrive. Chef Vinit Kulkarni and his team have built every detail of this experience around exceptional ingredients. The three-tier menu opens with premium Oscietra caviar blinis, smoked salmon mille feuille, warm Kenilworth camembert tarts, and Glasshouse Mountain smoked chicken vol au vents - each one a small luxury, crafted with care. The sweet tier brings champagne-poached pear tartlets, baba au champagne, blood orange crme brle, and hand-piped French macarons. The afternoon closes on the cheese tier: a curated board of Kenilworth vintage cheddar and truffle crme brie, served with hinterland chutney, honeycomb, Silver Tongue lavosh, and fresh grapes. Alongside, warm lavender scones arrive fresh from the oven with Maleny Chantilly cream and seasonal berry preserve. Free-flowing ARTea teas and barista-made coffee are served throughout, while a live local Sunshine Coast soloist sets the tone for a truly relaxed afternoon.
