Get up close with Maxi, Gracey and all the other friendly camels while sipping on a glass of bubbly while surrounded by the stunning Glasshouse Mountains.

The 3,000 acre farm is encircled by the Glass House Mountains (cue awesome backdrop for that straight-to-instagram photo) and home to a herd of more than 60, very pampered camels. As you’ll discover from the farm’s resident expert, camel’s milk is truly worth bottling – often called ‘white gold’ – the milk is prized for its amazing health benefits and sought-after by food connoisseurs for its deliciously smooth, slightly salty taste.

Camel milk pannacotta with fresh pomegranate is one of the delicious canapes on the menu. FACT: camel milk contains 10 times more iron than cow milk, and 3 times more vitamin C!

Try it for yourself! Enjoy a glass of bubbly while indulging in scrumptious camel milk canapés including panna cotta with fresh pomegranate, tzatziki with zaatar bread and a mouth-watering camel-milk gelato for dessert.  You’ll also have the chance to get up close to these magnificent dromedaries. Forget what you’ve heard about bad-mannered camels, Maxi, Gracey and friends are curious, affectionate and only too happy to pose for a photo or have a cuddle.
