A deliciously slow stay on the Sunshine Coast.
Because sometimes the best way to beat the mental load is to just step away completely, and our Haycation Rejuvenation promises just that.
Just you, the fresh country air, and the best day off you’ve ever had.
12-2pm – Lunch at Alsahwa Estate

Ethos at Alsahwa Estate, Palmwoods
Breakfast isn’t the only important meal of the day.
Nourishing your body with nutrient dense foods and swapping out the occasional coffee for a glass of water really does wonders.
Alsahwa Estate, located in the foothills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, has an ethos of ‘Mind. Body. Planet’ – and that translates into the menu of their onsite restaurant, aptly named ēthos.
Using ingredients sourced seasonally from their garden and local farmers, every meal is designed with intention and lovingly made from scratch.
With everything from Angus tomahawk steaks to wild mushrooms with PX thyme cream, mascarpone macadamia and truffle on their modern-Mediterranean menu, healthy eating never looked so good.
3-5pm – Cocktails at Sunshine & Sons

Sunshine & Sons, Woombye, Sunshine Coast
Everything in moderation, right?
Next up, head around the corner to one of the Sunshine Coast’s best local distillers where happiness is shaken, not stirred.
Sunshine & Sons is a celebration of everything there is to love about the Sunshine Coast, all packaged up in a 700ml bottle.
We’re talking premium gins and vodkas infused with relaxed days, rainforest walks and ocean beaches (yes, you read that right).
And what that actually looks like is a cocktail in their alfresco bar space overlooking the rainforest, the golden sun slowly making its way towards the horizon.
With a drink in hand and the fresh rainforest air washing over you, we guarantee your mental load will start to slip away.
6pm – Luxury farm stay at Sixty6 Acres

Plunge pools at Sixty6 Acres, Woombye, Sunshine Coast
After a day of nourishing your soul from the inside out, it’s time to put your feet up (quite literally) at Sixty6 Acres.
Here the hardest decision you’ll have to make is whether to curl up by the firepit with a glass of red or soak up the view from their magnesium pools.
Set on – you guessed it – 66 acres of former cane land, this working farm pays homage to its location behind the Sunshine Coast’s iconic Big Pineapple, with pineapples, coffee, bananas and macadamias all grown on site.
Their country quarters ooze luxury, with woodburning fireplaces, freestanding baths and a large outdoor deck for you to breathe in the fresh country air.
If you feel like company, you can always make friends with their menagerie of miniature cows, donkeys, horses and sheep that also call the farm home.
With a soft bed waiting for you at the end of the day, this is one Sunshine Sickie you won’t ever want to get over.
Wake up feeling refreshed, with 24 more hours of freedom to wander the Sunshine Coast at your own pace before reality comes calling again.
