Cancellations within 21 days of your booking will render your deposit non-refundable. Should the cottage not be left neat and tidy a minimum cleaning of $100 will be charged. Should you leave later than the stated check out time you will be charged $50/ half hour. Smoking Is not permitted in the cottage, deck only.
